Security Breach
This is absolutely unacceptable! We cannot allow this type of thing to happen. Although this man may genuinely be delusional (I have seen no references in our Histories to "flying horses"), the fact remains that he has definitely witnessed the performance of magiqs. This is neither wise nor permitted. Non-Powers cannot find out about our existence. It would be catastrophic! It would at best subject us to a witch-hunt and at worst give the Darksiders the excuse they have always wanted to pursue their nefarious goals.
